Information we collect
When you call or submit a form through LLM Perfected on behalf of a client business, we may collect your name, phone number, the content of your request, and scheduling preferences. Client businesses provide us with business information (services, pricing, calendar access) needed to configure their call flows.
How we use this information
Caller information is used to route calls, book appointments, send follow-ups, and generate estimates or invoices on behalf of the client business that engaged us. We do not sell caller information to third parties.
How information is shared
Call recordings, transcripts, and booking details are shared with the specific client business the call was made to, and with the scheduling, CRM, or calendar tools that business has connected. We use infrastructure and telephony providers to operate the service; these providers process data under their own confidentiality obligations to us.
Data security
We use encryption in transit and access controls limiting who can view call data to the staff and systems that need it to deliver the service.
Data retention
Call transcripts and booking records are retained for as long as the client relationship is active plus a limited period afterward for support and billing purposes, unless a client requests earlier deletion where we are able to honor it.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information). Our services are intended for business use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
