The Service

LLM Perfected provides AI-powered call answering, scheduling, lead follow-up, and related front-office automation ("the Service") to small businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area under a subscription agreement.

Plans, billing, and setup fees

Plans are billed monthly as described on our pricing page. A one-time setup fee applies when a plan begins and covers configuration of call flows, scheduling integration, and initial tuning.

Month-to-month & cancellation

Starter and Full Front Office plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract required to begin. Either party may cancel with written notice; setup fees are not refundable once configuration work has begun.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to collect information unlawfully, to impersonate another business, or to route calls in a way that violates telemarketing or consumer-protection law applicable to your business.

AI limitations. The Service uses an AI system to understand and respond to callers. Like any automated system, it can occasionally misunderstand a caller, mis-transcribe a detail, or fail to recognize an edge case outside its configured scripts. We design escalation paths to route ambiguous or high-stakes calls to a human, but you are responsible for reviewing bookings and quotes for accuracy and for confirming critical details — pricing, medical, legal, or safety-related information in particular — before relying on them.

Service availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, pricing, and calendar access, and for reviewing call flows during setup before they go live to real customers.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LLM Perfected's liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date above.
